results-driven training program will be created. Your trainer,with
your FA results in hand, will include a variety of traditional and
functional exercises, in addition to some unique and innovative
activities, into each of your workouts. The combinations of
resistance training, balance and coordination, cardiovascular
activity, flexibility work, core conditioning, sport specific and
post-rehab exercises will challenge and motivate you towards
achieving all of your health, fitness and performance goals.
We offer three training levels (Bronze/Silver/Gold) so you get
exactly the experience and educational background you need
from your personal trainer that also fits into your budget.
